Dear Students (2nd Year to Final Year),
We hope you are relaxing and enjoyable summer break!
It is our obligation to inform you that the classes of the Academic Session 2025–26 will
commence from 1st July 2025 for all students from 2nd year to final year.
Students are required to complete the registration process for the upcoming semester before attending
classes. Kindly ensure your attendance from day one and stay updated with the class time-
table on ERP and academic calendar available on the university website and notice boards.
As per university regulations, a minimum of 75% attendance is mandatory to be eligible to
appear for the university examination.
From 1st July 2025 onwards, attendance will be recorded only through the biometric
system. The semester fees have to be paid by 31st July 2025 through online or by
demand draft in favour of “Dr. K. N. Modi University” payable at Newai and hostel
accommodation will be provided to students only on payment of the fees.
At the time of filling out the semester registration form during 1-4 th July 2025, each student
must submit three self-addressed envelopes with Rs. 25/- postal stamps to their respective
departments.
Dr. K. N. Modi University has laid down detailed instructions for ragging in prospectus
issued to you at the time of your admission. The instructions of ragging strictly follow and
please regularly check the “Notices” section of the University website for day-to-day
updates and important announcements.
We encourage all students to approach the new term with enthusiasm, commitment, and a
positive mindset. Let’s work together to make upcoming semester/year successful and
enriching.

Note: Students must report to the University on 1st July 2025 to begin attending classes.
Late fee will be applicable as per University norms, if dues are not cleared within the
deadline.
