Document Check list –

1. Documents required along with filled entrance exam form

• Academic documents – self attested copies of 10th mark sheet, 12th mark sheet, BSc mark sheets along with BSc degree, MSc mark sheet along with MSc degree.
• Identity proof copy - Aadhar Card or any other valid identity proof.
• Caste Certificate if applicable.

2. Documents required during registration

• Academic documents in Original for verification – 10th mark sheet, 12th mark sheet, BSc mark sheets along with BSc degree, MSc mark sheet along with MSc degree.
• Identity proof in original for verification.
• Migration and Character certificates in original for submission in university.
• NOC (From Organization/ Institute/ University)
• NOC (From Organization/ Institute/ University)

3. Documents required during DRC presentation/ synopsis approval

• 5 copies of hard bound synopsis

4. Documents required during Pre-submission presentation

• Spiral bound thesis
• One peer reviewed paper
• Certificates of participation from two conferencescertificates out of which one should be international.
• Plagiarism Report Below 10% (Plagiarism checked by University)

5. Documents required during Thesis submission

• 5 copies of Hard bound thesis
• No dues certificate
• C.D Soft copies (Thesis & Synopsis)
• summary (page limit 20-30) 5 Copies

6. Other documents required

• Assignments after completion of course work
• Progress Report every six months
• Lab Letter
• Affidavit -Submission (on Rs 100 Stamp and Notary Attested)
